Exchange and Return Policy
  1. Product Return Policy:

    At Digitoby, we take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will assist you as much as possible to complete the return or exchange process within 7 working days.

    The customer must notify Digitoby E-Commerce within 48 hours (two days) of receiving the product, via email, in case they received an incorrect item or if they wish to return the products.

    • Digitobi E-Commerce does not support product exchanges unless the product was sent incorrectly by Digitobi.
    • Only unopened, unused, and incorrectly received items will be considered.
    • Bras, underwear, swimwear, and opened perfumes are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. Exchange and Return Fees:

    If the return is due to incorrect items being sent or a duplicate shipment, Digitobi E-Commerce will cover the shipping costs. If the customer no longer desires the products or items, the customer will bear the shipping costs, along with a service and processing fee of AED 40.

  3. Refund Conditions:
    • Refunds are issued only within fifteen days from the date of purchase or receipt of the postal receipt, and the amount will be credited to your credit card or via the payment method used.
    • For refunds related to a special offer or multiple item purchases, all items associated with the offer must be returned at the time of the refund request.
    • The same amount printed on the purchase receipt or order summary will be refunded (according to discounted items).
    • You must contact customer service on the website to facilitate the return process.
  4. General Terms and Conditions:
    • If you receive a damaged item or one that does not function properly due to shipping, Digitobi will refund all the amounts paid after the product is received and inspected. You must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
    • Returned products must be in their original condition and not consumed or used.
    • The customer bears the cost of returning goods if they are not satisfied with the product, provided it is in its original condition.
    • Shipping solutions from the customer will not be accepted unless they comply with our standards.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange


1- Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.


2- Fill in the return request form attached to the order.


3- Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).
